We too were looking for this information and were soon frustrated with the TONS of diet and weight loss information.  Most of which we found to be not only cumbersome but just bad advice.  These sites/ads continually bombard us with high-pressure sales and low producing results of fad diets, dangerous pills, and bazaar weight loss plans.  We felt theses sites did not have any real goal to help us find a straightforward and workable diet and weight loss plan, we could actually expect to follow permanently.

We believe that a simple non-controlling plan would be a plan we, not only would, but could follow.
